Leadership Style Assignment

Step One: Read the following article HERE. 

Step Two: When you read it a second time, begin to narrow down which leadership style you associate with the most. Begin to think about conflict that may arise in a trip as well.

Step Three: What leadership style did you choose? What characteristics do you see in yourself that draws you to that style? How are you going to use your leadership qualities within the YETI program this year? How could you help in resolving conflicts that may arise?
